Upon opening, the wine has delicate aromas of ripe pear and fresh apples. It is crisp and vibrant in the midpalate, with great balance and full flavors. Packed with layers of tropical fruit and buttered toast; the finish is crisp, dry and lengthy. Serve this with arugula salad with fresh pear, candied pecans, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.

Fresh aromas of Bartlett pear, lemon peel, clove and honeysuckle. Fruit forward flavors of peaches, pears, lime custard and vanilla all framed around the new oak with a creamy middle. The tropical fruit flavors display themselves at the end with a gratifying finish. Serve it with steamed lobster, poached salmon and chicken picatta.
