Beautifully aromatic, with violet and rose petal notes highlighting the cherry and cranberry fruit flavors. Light- to medium-bodied, this is a Chianti that boasts both bright fruitiness as well as a rustic earthiness. A terrific companion to prime rib, osso buco or mushroom risotto.
