Critical Acclaim

RP86 Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate 29th Apr 2014

"The 2013 The Little Prince white is an unoaked blend of 65% Vilana and 35% Vidiano. In some respects, this less-expensive blend is more interesting than the monovarietal Klima white also reviewed in this issue. The wine is a bit lighter, however, not as penetrating and the finish is shorter. In other respects, the style is quite similar — laid back, evolving quickly and quite charming. This is an easy drinking white with good balance and well-integrated components that should be very popular for short-term consumption. It may last longer, but drink it while it is fresh and young. Drink now–2016." (86 pts.)

Greece

Greece is one of the oldest wine-producing countries in the world, with evidence of wine production dating back to 6,500 years ago. With that said, Greece has been largely overshadowed by many of its Mediterranean counterparts when it comes to Old World wine production. There are, however, some fantastic, critically-acclaimed wines coming from Greece. Many of these hail from the Aegean Islands and Peloponnese appellations.
