Burgers & Beaujolais
Labor Day is right around the corner which means plenty of juicy burgers will be flaming up on grills everywhere. One of our favorite pairings with this holiday staple is Beaujolais made from the Gamay grape. It can range from light and fruity to full-bodied and structured, but either expression compliments savory charred beef flavors perfectly (works equally well with turkey burgers).
