Another great example of why Blaufränkisch has so much potential in the Finger Lakes. Aged 10 to 12 months in older barrels. On the nose, dark fruit and black pepper. Very earthy on the palate, balanced by juicy, fresh black cherry. Light tannins and some graphite leading to a long, dry finish. Good value.
