Chillable Reds for Summer drinking
The warmth and humidity of summer causes us to stray from red wines in search of refreshment from white and rosé wines, or even a cocktail. But, there is something about red wine that scratches a certain itch, and reds just can't be replaced in certain dining or social situations. We've compiled a list of reds that we think taste better served cool. The wines shouldn't be served ice cold, probably somewhere between 55 to 60 degrees is ideal. Try a few and just chill.
