Obtaining a degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management led Drew to the wine industry and that employment, in turn, played a role in him obtaining his second degree in International Business & World Trade. Spending a week touring the wineries of the Tuscan countryside was an inspirational experience for Drew and authored a fervent new chapter in his wine career. Pairing Champagne with melons is one of Drew’s favorite combinations. Outside of work, Drew enjoys playing guitar, craft beer, and supporting the Buffalo Sabres.

WE8989 pts. - Wine Enthusiast - 2/1/2019 Named after Konstantin Frank’s wife, this single-vineyard Riesling offers fresh tones of apple, apricot, lime peel and crushed stone on the nose. It’s broad and juicy on the palate, displaying loads of crisp tree-fruit flavors that are balanced by delicate astringency. The finish is brisk, refreshing and dry.
RP8888 pts. - Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate - 21st Dec 2009 The 2006 MONEMVASIA LIASTOS was sun dried for 15 days and then aged in oak. Relatively light, it is laced with apricot and peach nuances, not particularly syrupy, and not as rich in the palate as the nose promises. It is very tasty, but it does thin fast and the fruit acquires a dried apricot nuance with air and warmth. The intense aromatics were its best feature. Drink now–2015.SP8888 pts. - Wine Spectator - Web only – 2010 A rich dessert-style white, with plenty of buttercream, maple and ripe pear flavors. The long finish echoes smoke and spice. Drink now through 2016. 500 cases made.
