Intrinsic Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 / 750 ml.

This has a youthful and attractive nose of blackcurrants, mulberries, olives and anise. It’s full-bodied and textured, with firm yet ripe tannins and chewy black fruit. 90% cabernet sauvignon, 5% cabernet franc and 5% malbec with extended maceration for about 9 months on skins. Drink now or hold.

The 2019 Caberret Sauvignon wafts up with a pretty bouquet, showing rosy florals, hints of sage and crushed raspberries. It soothes the senses with the silkiest textures as a potent wave of red fruit washes across the palate, leaving a staining of primary concentration. An herbal flourish lasts through the finish as this tapers off lightly structured and with a peppery tinge. There’s a lot of balanced pleasure to be found within this Washington State Cabernet.
